Meet at the lot on the east side of Marvin Park, 900 West 1st St., Salida, CO

We will meet at 9am and walk the gravel path along the Arkansas River until we get to the sign requiring a wildlife pass (Franz Lake area) and turn around there. The distance is about 2 miles roundtrip.If everyone that shows up has a wildlife pass we will walk around the lake before turning around. 

Dogs on leash are welcome.  The trail requires you pick up after your dog.
