Who We Are

The Chaffee County Community Foundation (CCCF) exists to leverage the power of philanthropy to build the capacity and resources for the Chaffee community. We act as a catalyst and convener to impact the common good - simple idea, lasting impact. 

We are an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit formed by community members in 2018. Read more about our mission and goals on our website!

What We Do

CCCF works to bring multiple partners, creative ideas, and human and financial capital to concepts within the realms of Community Vitality, Community Capacity, and Community Health. 

This work is exciting, varied, and relies on the investment of many community experts and volunteer advisors. These advisors sit on our board of directors, standing committees, or jump into specific projects like leading workshops, advising CCCF staff on details of programs, and more. 

CCCF hosts this volunteer portal! We also run the ChaffeeCOMMONS program that is designed to serve Chaffee's amazing nonprofit organizations.
